SHOW NEWS Melbourne Royal for 2009 sees Bouvs on Friday 18th. As we have Abby looking after her babies and Ushi waiting patiently for hers we will only have three entered, Aeros, Draco and Edie. We will also be using this show as an opportunity to get more up to date photos of our Bouviers, especially Edie who would rather be a muddy beast than wear her " show clothes". We would love to meet anyone who has an interest in our Bouvs. We also plan to enter the Melbourne Cup weekend shows at Lancefield/Sunbury this year as well.
2009 and the future beyond...
Ch Estrik Abby has had 12 babies, born the start of August, 9 girls and 3 boys. These puppies all have families patiently waiting for them. The father, Estrik Bronco, lives in Ballarat as a much loved member of the Lia family. And after two years of hoping ( and many trips to the vets) Ch Estrik Ushiba is finally going to have her second litter. She is due the end of September. Estrik Draco is the father of these babies. We are currently taking deposits for these babies.
Our next planned litters , after they have had a well earned break of about a year or so, are Ch Estrik Ushiba and Ch Estrik Abby to Ch Eros Kira vd Vaneblikhoeve (IMP NDL). Luckily we had the foresight to collect from Eros when he was alive. This will be very exciting and something we have planned for for about 5 years.
