We believe that there should be no difference between a companion Bouvier or a show Bouvier. All of our pups will possess fantastic breed attributes, although some will be better suited to the showring. We do not have "pet quality".

We now also register our pups on a Limited Register- they are registered with the ANKC and VCA and therefor come with a pedigree to be tranfered into the new owners name, but cannot be bred with or shown. If a pup is bought specifically for showing it will be registered in joint names with Estrik Kennels retaining the breeding control. We have done this to control who breeds with our Bouviers.

Our pups are fed on Eukanuba, which we recommend even after they go to their new homes, have a full vaccination history and a regular worming regime up until they leave. They are well socialised with Ilona's two boys, as well as their friends and visitors are always encouraged to play with the pups.

We also like to have a "wish- list" so we can match the best pup to their new home- some pups have great "working" potential that is suited to an obedience home, while others are quite laid back and suit quieter families. So far we have done an excellent job, although this can be one of the most stressful times. The feedback we get from people who have got an Estrik Bouvier tells us it is all worth it!!

We also like to have a deposit paid before the pups are born. This comes off the total price of the pup. The deposit helps us know that our pups have definite homes to go to. We also like to know as much about the pups new home as possible- so we can be assured that it will be a forever home.
